Throughout the year the NSHRM Board work toward providing the best services and resources for you. Most of our meetings are both SHRM and HRCI certified. These meetings are planned to address the most critical human resource challenges affecting people and organizations on the Northshore. Some of those include providing solutions for fostering a healthy workplace, strategic retention, and managing change. We are committed to providing a variety of platforms for members to engage, share best practices, and be creative.
