Ardent Services is Hiring: HR Generalist (Entry to Mid-Level)
Location: Covington, LA

Are you detail-driven and passionate about supporting employees through accurate data and meaningful programs? We’re looking for an HR Generalist to join our team!

In this role, you’ll:
✅ Manage high-volume data entry for onboarding, changes, and terminations
✅ Ensure accuracy in payroll and benefits updates
✅ Respond to VOI/VOE requests
✅ Identify and guide employees through our apprenticeship program

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅  Familiarity with HRIS systems and data entry
✅  Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
✅  Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅  A proactive, team-oriented mindset
