Rema Gray is the Director of Human Resources for Crescent Payroll Solutions as well as a Senior HR Advisor for empact hr, the human resource consulting division of Crescent. As the HR Director, Rema is responsible for maintaining the “human” side of the life cycle of the employee-employer relationship. She works with the other leaders in the organization to ensure the employee experience is extraordinary and impactful from recruiting, onboarding, and training, to culturalization, development, and teambuilding.
As a Sr. HR Advisor for the empact hr division, Rema is fulfilling a top career aspiration by providing strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders across industries. Her 20-year HR background in various fields including call centers, healthcare, oil & gas, and retail, have taught her that the success and sustainability of any particular business is directly related to a positive and purposeful employee experience. Rema strategically consults with business owners to ensure the proper policies, procedures, systems, and training are in place to promote the desired company culture and facilitate the effective and efficient accomplishment of organizational goals and growth.
